The rear end is characterized by wraparound tail lamps, a roof integrated rear spoiler, and a shark fin antenna.

The third-gen Tucson will be placed between the Creta and the Santa Fe in Hyundai's Indian portfolio. It is expected get a 2.0-litre diesel and a 2.0-litre petrol engine. Transmission options on offer will likely be a 6-speed manual and a 6-speed automatic.
