The Royal Enfield Meteor 350 and Himalayan no longer come with Tripper Navigation. The feature has been deleted from the standard package and will only be available as an optional accessory, effective May 1, 2022.
According to the company, Tripper Navigation has been removed from the standard features list due to the ongoing chip shortage. As a result, Royal Enfield has also reduced the prices of these models by Rs 5,000.
As you might be aware, Tripper Navigation was offered as standard on the Meteor 350 and Himalayan, while the Classic 350 and Scram 411 got it as an accessory.
That being said, Royal Enfield has increased the booking amount of its made to order factory models through the MiY (Make it yours) platform from Rs. 10,000 to Rs. 20,000. However, the regular bookings still stand at Rs. 10,000 as before.
