Tried Pro-Spec Easy Ride ER 750 windscreen extender on my Triumph Tiger

I picked it up for a trial from my friend who had originally bought this for his Honda CB500X but never used it.

I had been planning to order this one for the last few months and had it wishlisted in the Amazon cart - but over a discussion during the last weekend ride, I came to know that my friend had one sitting at home, unused. He had originally bought this for the Honda CB500X, but never used it as he changed his mind and opted for a Puig full-sized visor instead.

So I decided to pick it up for a trial regardless of the spec- and turned out to be the exact same one I had shortlisted anyways. Installed the same yesterday and put 100kms on the clock today - first impressions are really good.

Pros:

1. Good noise reduction - never realized I had so much extra noise in the helmet that I could rid off - was feeling like ear got blocked while riding today. Took time to adjust to this new normal.
2. With the wind noise reduced - the sweet triple note from the engine is better audible - I'm liking it.
3. Can ride till highway speeds with the visor open - earlier I had to close it above 30-40kmph due to a lot of air and dust getting picked up near the eyes. I really hate the hot feeling inside the helmet, so usually open the visor as soon as I get stuck in city traffic.
4. Not fully closed off - still getting a mild breeze which helps circulate the air near the helmet.
5. VFM / Made in India, as compared to expensive imported solutions.

Cons:

1. Visible vibration on the visor - the Tiger Sport visor was always prone to vibrations, but had died down after I had the fairing brace installed. Now with the added weight and the resistance on top, the vibrations seem to have slightly increased. That said - I don't think it will be a cause for concern, but is noticeable nevertheless.
2. Looks aftermarket-ish (I think I like this - looks purposeful!)

The fitment and longevity remains to be seen. Meanwhile, a few pics:
