US-based EV maker Tesla has been testing some of its models in India for some time. We've seen the Model 3 on our roads already, and now, the updated Model Y has been spied testing.
The camouflaged test mule of the Model Y was recently seen driving down the Mumbai-Pune Expressway. The facelift version made its debut in January this year. It has C-shaped LED taillights connected by an LED light bar and a split headlamp setup.
Inside, the 2025 Tesla Model Y gets a 15.4-inch touchscreen and an 8-inch digital instrument cluster.
The Model Y is available in single and dual-motor variants. The single-motor RWD variant can sprint from 0-100 km/h in 5.9 seconds and has a range of 719 km (CLTC cycle). The Long-Range AWD variant is capable of reaching 100 km/h from a standstill in 4.3 seconds. It can cover 662 km on a single charge.
