Tata has silently hiked the prices of the Tiago hatchback while the Tigor sedan sees a price cut.
The Tiago now starts at Rs. 4.69 lakh. The base (XE) variant sees a price increase of Rs. 9,000 while the others get a price hike of Rs. 13,000.
The Tigor meanwhile starts at Rs. 5.39 lakh. The XE model gets a price reduction of Rs. 36,000 while the XM and XMA see a price cut of Rs. 11,000. Price of the XZ variant has been reduced by Rs. 10,000, but there has been no change in the prices of XZ+ and XZA+ variants.
The Tiago and Tigor are powered by a BS6-compliant 1.2-litre, 3-cylinder petrol engine that produces 85 BHP and 113 Nm. The engine is paired with either a 5-speed manual or 5-speed automated manual transmission (AMT).
