SsangYong Rexton RX6 launched at Rs. 19.96 lakh

Mahindra has launched the RX6 variant of the SsangYong Rexton SUV at a price of Rs. 19.96 lakh (ex-showroom, Delhi).

The RX6 is equipped with most of the features from the range-topping RX7 variant like dual-tone interiors, leather upholstery, 8-way electrically adjustable driver's seat, memory function with 3 presets for the driver's seat and ORVMs, infotainment system with navigation, electric sunroof, automatic headlamps and rain-sensing wipers. Safety and driver assist features include front and side airbags, ESP, hill descent control, anti-slip regulation and active rollover protection.

The RX6 uses a 2.7-litre, 5-cylinder, diesel engine which produces 162 bhp @ 4000 rpm and 340 Nm of torque @ 1800-3250 rpm and is mated to a 5-speed manual gearbox. The RX6 uses a 4x4 Torque on Demand (TOD) system with a low ratio switch.

The Rexton RX6 is available in 4 body colours - white, black, silver and purple.
