Smooth sailing with my Hyundai Exter AMT so far: Second service update

The service centre performed a thorough job of preventive maintenance activities, including the front and rear brake cleaning, greasing of all hinges, etc.

In exactly a year of purchase, the car hit the milestone of clocking 10,000km. The sailing was smooth so far, with plentiful joys during the winter months.

The car was ready to undergo its second free service – the first time the engine oil would be replaced – and the change of oil, air, and AC filters. Booked an appointment with Hans Hyundai, New Delhi for March 19-20. The service centre performed a thorough job of preventive maintenance activities, including the front and rear brake cleaning, greasing of all hinges, etc.

I made a request for a 4-tyre rotation task which is a rigorous schedule I have been following at every 5,000km since the beginning. The progress of the service was being shared over a WhatsApp group and I was able to monitor the work being done.

Total bill came to Rs 2,248.

Took the car for a photo shoot to its birthplace, not exactly! Perks of living in Gurugram.
