Skoda Octavia RS 245 launched at Rs. 36 lakh

Skoda has launched the Octavia RS 245 in India. The car is imported as a completely built unit (CBU) and is priced at Rs. 35,99,599 (ex-showroom, India). Bookings will open on March 1, 2020 at 12 pm. Initially, only 200 cars will be available.

The Octavia RS 245 gets a gloss black grille with the vRS logo, smoked headlamps with integrated LED daytime running lights, LED tail lights and fog lamps, boot spoiler, 18-inch alloy wheels, sports suspension and steel exhaust tips.

The Octavia RS 245 is powered by a 2.0-litre, turbocharged 4-cylinder petrol engine that produces 242 BHP @ 5,000-6,700 rpm and 370 Nm of torque @ 1,600-4,300 rpm. The engine is paired with a 7-speed DSG dual-clutch transmission.
