Two new M&HCVs were recently spotted testing on the NH4 near Haveri in Karnataka. Apparently, these were test mules of Mahindra's upcoming medium duty trucks that are likely to slot in between the Jayo and Optimo LCVs and the Blazo heavy-duty range of trucks.

The spy images suggest that the new medium duty range will be offered with a driver's cab and truck body. The trucks appear to have rectangular, clear lens headlamp clusters and a set of fog lights positioned on the front bumpers. The cab also has a single grab handle just above the grille, in the centre of the front fascia. The new medium duty trucks have crash protection at the front and rear. One of the test mules has larger diameter wheels and appears to have a shorter wheelbase. It also has a side crash guard.

Other details like payload capacity and engine specifications are not yet known.
