Kinetic E-Luna design patent reveals new updates

The updated E-Luna could get alloy wheels and a storage box.

Kinetic has filed a design patent for the E-Luna, which suggests that the electric moped might soon receive an update.

The patent image reveals a familiar design featuring a tubular chassis suspended by a telescopic fork in the front and dual shock absorbers in the rear. It has a square headlamp housing, a U-shaped handlebar and a 2-piece flat seat.

Interestingly, the wire-spoke wheels have been replaced with alloy wheels and a storage box has been added, which fits snugly between the chassis.

The Kinetic E-Luna is currently available in two variants with 2 kWh and 2.3 kWh battery packs, offering a range of up to 120 km. The e-moped has a payload capacity of 150 kg and can reach a top speed of 50 km/h.
