S-Cross facelift caught on test

Maruti Suzuki just launched the S-Cross in India after a showcase back in 2014 at the Delhi auto expo. However, the model has been available internationally for around 2 years and Suzuki has started road tests of a facelifted version.

The most prominent change at the moment seems to be the switch over to vertical, BMW kidney grille like slats for the front grille, from the current horizontal pattern. The headlamps also appear to be a smaller set and get the smoked out treatment. Other changes could include minor tweaks to the tail gate, bonnet and front and rear fenders. The car will most likely sport a new front bumper as well.

The facelifted S-Cross could be launched in international markets in the first half of 2016, but a launch in the Indian market is unlikely to take place that soon.
