According to a media report, Volkswagen is likely to launch the updated Polo and Vento on September 4, 2019.
The new Polo and Vento are expected to get minor cosmetic updates. Both cars could receive a new grille and front bumper similar to that of the Polo GTI and a new set of alloy wheels. On the inside, the cars could get a few additional features along with safety equipment like front seat belt reminders, dual airbags, rear parking sensors, speed alert system and ABS.
The new Polo and Vento are likely to retain the same set of engines. The Polo comes with a 1.0-litre petrol, 1.2-litre turbo petrol and 1.5-litre diesel engines, while the Vento is powered by a 1.6-litre petrol, 1.2-litre turbo petrol and 1.5-litre diesel units.
