Rumour: MV Agusta India launch on May 11, 2016

According to media reports, MV Agusta is set to launch its motorcycles in India on May 11, 2016. The launch will take place at Pune. The sales and services of the MV Agusta bikes will be taken care of by Motoroyale - a dealership network set up by the Kinetic Group.

The MV Agusta bikes dealership will be a different unit and not a part of Kinetic Engineering. The company plans to begin operations in Pune, Mumbai, Surat, Bangalore and Delhi.

MV Agusta will become the seventh European motorcycle brand to come to India after Triumph Motorcycles, Ducati, BMW Motorrad, Aprilia, Moto Guzzi and Benelli.

Currently the MV Agusta model line-up available in India as direct imports include F3 800, F3 800 RC, F4, F4 RR, F4 RC and Brutale 1090. Some of the models that expected to be launched in India in the future include the Stradale 800, F3 675, Rivale 800 and Turismo Veloce 800.
