According to a media report, the Ertiga-based Maruti XL6 MPV is likely to be offered in Alpha and Zeta trims. The car is expected to be sold through Nexa dealerships.
The report states that the XL6 is expected to get features such as LED headlights with LED daytime running lights and LED tail lights. It is likely to get black interiors with a height-adjustable driver's seat and individual captain seats in the second row. Maruti is expected to offer a SmartPlay Studio infotainment system in both variants, while the Alpha trim might get a reverse camera, leather seats and cruise control. It might also get dual-tone exterior colour options and black alloy wheels.
The Maruti XL6 will reportedly be offered with a BS-VI compliant 1.5-litre, 4-cylinder petrol engine with a mild-hybrid system. It could be mated to either a 5-speed manual or 4-speed automatic transmission.
