Rumour: Maruti S-Presso to be offered in 4 variants

According to a media report, the upcoming Maruti S-Presso is likely to be offered in four variants. It is expected to be launched on September 30, 2019.

The S-Presso is expected to be based on the Heartect platform. The car is styled to look like a small crossover with an upright stance, wraparound headlamps and rectangular tail lamps. The S-Presso could get colour-matched interior trim, a digital instrument cluster and a touchscreen infotainment system.

Reports suggest that S-Presso is likely to get BS-VI compliant 1.0-litre and 1.2-litre petrol engines. It could also get a CNG option.

The report states that the S-Presso is expected to be positioned above the Alto K10 in Maruti's small car line-up.
