Rumour: Jnaneswar Sen quits Honda Cars India

According to a media report, Mr. Jnaneswar Sen, Senior VP - Marketing & Sales, Honda Cars India has resigned from his post. He will be replaced by Mr. Rajesh Goyal. Further, the company is likely to announce major changes in its top management on April 2, 2018. 

Mr. Jnaneswar Sen has been with Honda Cars India since 2006. Before joining Honda, he worked with Maruti Udyog for 15 years. Mr. Rajesh Goyal, who replaces Sen was promoted to a senior position at Honda Motor Corporation, Japan in July 2015. It has been reported that Mr. Sandeep Madaan will be the new Zonal Manager (North), while Mr. Arvind Bhatnagar will take his place as the National Sales Head.

Last month, Mr. Gaku Nakanishi was appointed as the new President & CEO of Honda Cars India. He will take over from the outgoing President & CEO, Mr. Yoichiro Ueno on April 1, 2018.
