Maruti has planned a product onslaught for 2022, and one of the cars in the pipeline is the updated Maruti Suzuki Brezza. Now, according to a media report, there will also be a CNG variant of the Brezza on offer.
The Maruti Suzuki Brezza CNG is expected to be powered by a 1.5-litre engine. When running on petrol, this engine produces 104 BHP and 138 Nm. While on CNG, we can expect a slight drop in these numbers.
Images of the updated Brezza have already leaked online. Interestingly, the 'Vitara' name will be dropped. The SUV will also receive a refreshed exterior featuring a new grille and slim twin-pod headlamps with L-shaped LED daytime running lights. At the rear, the rectangular tail light clusters will be replaced with slim L-shaped units.
On the inside, the Brezza is likely to get a larger touchscreen infotainment head-unit, a conventional twin-dial instrument cluster and a sunroof.
The 2022 Maruti Brezza CNG is expected to be launched by April this year.
