Renault Duster facelift launch on July 8, 2019

Renault is set to launch the Duster facelift on July 8, 2019.

Earlier this week, Renault had released the first teaser image of the updated Duster. The SUV is expected to get a new chrome grille and revised headlamps with projectors. Spy images suggest that the Duster could get dual-tone bumpers with redesigned fog lamp pods. At the rear, the car gets black plastic cladding on the tail gate. It is also expected to come with ORVMs with integrated turn signals, roof rails and dual-tone alloy wheels. Inside, the new Duster is expected to get updated interiors with a new steering wheel and an updated infotainment system.

The Duster facelift is likely to be offered with the same set of engines as the outgoing model. These could include a 1.5-litre, 4-cylinder petrol engine with 105 BHP and 142 Nm of torque and a 1.5-litre, 4-cylinder diesel unit producing 108 BHP and 245 Nm of torque. Transmission options might include a 6-speed manual and an AMT for the diesel, while the petrol engine could get a 5-speed manual and a CVT option.
