The seat is spacious, and the under-seat storage is impressively large. The seating position feels slightly lower compared to the Ntorq, which I was used to.
BHPian backtochennai recently shared this with other enthusiasts:
I recently got my Jupiter (Copper) top end with disc brake delivered a couple of days ago after waiting for 30 odd days in Chennai.
Here are my initial impressions:
- The seat is spacious, and the under-seat storage is impressively large.
- The seating position feels slightly lower compared to the Ntorq, which I was used to.
- The weight distribution is excellent, making the scooter feel remarkably light.
- The display is bright and clear, but some features, like "assist ready" and real-time mileage, feel unnecessary and distracting. I’d appreciate suggestions if there are ways to turn them off.
- The cubby hole upfront is a handy storage option for small items.
- The mirrors are decent, but coming from the Ntorq, I feel they could offer a wider view. I might consider replacing them in a few months.
- The IntelliGo Start/Stop system will take some getting used to. Currently, when the engine shuts off, pressing the brake and adjusting the throttle doesn't consistently restart it. It feels a bit hit-or-miss and needs some practice to operate smoothly.
- The suspension is really good, making it easy while going over small potholes and bumps.
- The brakes are highly responsive and provide a reassuring sense of control.
Meanwhile, here's what BHPian shri wanted to check with other enthusiasts:
Has anyone found a way to remove the "Assist ready" message from the display?
It appears always and overrides other info like mileage etc.
