The all-new Ford Endeavour has been spotted once again on Indian roads. This time the car has been caught without any camouflage whatsoever.
Three units of the Endeavour were spotted - one in silver, one in black and one in red. The SUV has a trapezoidal grille with horizontal slats, projector headlamps, wraparound tail lamps, bumpers with scuff plates and fog lamps, side steps, a roof-mounted rear spoiler and alloy wheels. At the rear, the bumper houses parking sensors and there is a horizontal chrome strip running between the tail lamp clusters with Endeavour embossed on it. The ORVMs and door handles are in body-coloured. The ORVMs have integrated turn-indicators.
On the inside, the new Endeavour gets seven seats, a new dashboard and centre console, with modern controls and a new Ford SYNC2 infotainment system.
The new Endeavour is likely be powered by 2.2-litre, 4-cylinder and 3.2-litre, 5-cylinder diesel units. Transmission options are likely to include both manual and automatic gearboxes and the car wil be available in two-wheel drive and four-wheel drive configurations.
The Endeavour will compete with the Toyota Fortuner, Mitsubishi Pajero Sport and SsangYong Rexton.
