My Mahindra XUV 3XO MX3 Pro: 9,600 Km and 2nd Free Service Experience

Had a long road trip planned for next week, which would push the ODO past 10k, so I went ahead and booked the 2nd free service through the Mahindra With You Hamesha app. Got a confirmation call a day before.

Service Day Experience:
Reached the service center around 10 AM. Took about 30 minutes to be attended. Since this was the second free service, the service advisor explained the scheduled changes. Key updates included:

Software updates for the infotainment system, wireless charger, and instrument cluster
Parking brake adjustment
Also opted in for deep cleaning (interior and exterior)

They also mentioned a few part changes:

Engine oil & oil filter
Air filter

Next Day:
Called them around 12 PM to check status – cleaning was still in progress and they asked me to come by 4 PM. I went around 5 PM and the car was ready – they were just finishing the final interior and tyre cleaning.

Total Cost: ₹5,865
Here's a quick snapshot of what was billed (in addition to the free service basics):

Been driving in Zap mode, and I used to feel slight gear transitions at lower speeds – after the service, it feels a lot smoother and more refined. Nothing major, but a noticeable improvement in city driving.

Final Thoughts:
Ownership experience with the 3XO over the last 9 months has been solid. Everything has been smooth and stress-free. Happy with the service and hoping it continues this way for years to come!
