My Kia Seltos headlights turn yellow in a year: Replaced in warranty

I noticed both the headlights becoming yellow just as the car completed 1 year. Some pictures below:

Contacted the service reps to confirm the issue is acknowledged by KIA directly and was further told that dealers have been instructed to replace under warranty as and when they are approached.

The entire process was smooth and hassle free, with zero billing done at the end. I had to wait for about 2 weeks for the parts to arrive. Replacements were done in a matter of hours.

I am not sure if there is a certain time line within which the issue needs to be reported, however yellowing does start within the first year. I was also told not all batches were affected, I don't have exact details on which batches have the issue.
