MG Comet EV Gamer Edition launched in India

The Gamer Edition is available across all three variants of the Comet EV.

MG Motor India has announced the launch of a special edition version of its Comet EV. It is called the 'Gamer Edition' and is available at an additional price of Rs 64,999 over the existing cost of the car.

The Comet EV Gamer Edition has been designed by Indian gamer Naman Mathur, who goes by the nickname – MORTAL. The exterior of the car has been crafted from recycled plastic material with dark chrome and an illuminated metal finish. Inside, the Comet EV Gamer Edition features Neon elements derived from glowing materials.

The Comet EV uses a 17.3 kWh battery pack that is said to offer a range of 230 km on a single charge. It powers an electric motor that generates 41 BHP and 110 Nm. According to MG, the battery can be charged from 0-100% in 7 hours using a 3.3 kW charger. It charges from 10-80% in 5 hours.

The Comet EV comes in three variants: Pace, Play and Plush. The Gamer Edition is available across all three variants.
