According to a media report, the upcoming Maruti Ciaz facelift will continue to be offered in 4 variants - Sigma, Delta, Zeta and Alpha. Features such as ABS, EBD, dual front airbags, electronic stability control (ESC), hill start assist and an infotainment system with Bluetooth connectivity will be standard across all variants. The Delta variant will get cruise control and 15-inch alloy wheels.

In Zeta trim, the Ciaz will get LED projector headlights with LED DRLs and LED fog lamps with chrome garnish while the top-spec Alpha variant will add a set of revised 16-inch diamond cut alloy wheels.

The refreshed Ciaz is likely to be powered by a 1.5-litre, 4-cylinder petrol engine, which will be paired with a 5-speed manual transmission. A 4-speed automatic gearbox is expected to be offered as an option on all variants except for the base Sigma trim.

The Ciaz facelift is expected to be launched around mid-August 2018. It will compete with the Hyundai Verna, Honda City, Toyota Yaris and other sedans in the C2 segment.
