Mahindra Thar Roxx features revealed in teaser

The 5-door version of the Thar will be launched on August 15.

Mahindra has shared a new teaser revealing some of the features that will be on offer in the upcoming Thar Roxx. The 5-door version of the Thar will be launched on August 15.

The Thar Roxx will be equipped with several advanced features. The teaser shows a digital instrument cluster and a large touchscreen infotainment system in the centre, paired with a Harman Kardon audio system. The SUV will also feature a powered driver’s seat, ventilated front seats, a wireless charger, a 360-degree camera and an auto-dimming IRVM.

While higher variants will get a panoramic sunroof, a single-pane sunroof is expected to be offered on select lower trims. Level 2 ADAS is likely to be offered in the higher trims only.

The Thar Roxx will be offered with the same set of engines as the standard model. These include a 2.0-litre turbo-petrol and a 2.2-litre diesel engine paired with, either a 6-speed manual or a 6-speed automatic transmission.
