Kia teases new product; could be the Seltos Gravity Edition

The apple could refer to Newton's discovery of gravity.

Kia has teased a new product on social media.

The teaser shows an image of an apple and a book, as well as a text that reads "The one who asked "why?". The caption for the image says "Coming Soon".

The apple could refer to Newton's discovery of gravity. The Seltos Gravity Edition was launched in South Korea back in July 2020. Kia might be looking at launching this version in India. It gets a new studded front grille and new 18-inch alloy wheels.

There are rumours that Kia could launch an updated Seltos with a panoramic sunroof on April 27, 2021. Most of its rivals like the MG Hector, Hyundai Creta and the Tata Harrier also come with a panoramic sunroof and the upcoming Mahindra XUV500 is also expected to get one. The introduction of a panoramic sunroof could be seen as a move to revive Seltos sales.
