Jeep Compass extended warranty up to 5 years / 1,50,000 km

According to a media report, Fiat Chrysler Automobiles (FCA) is offering 2-year / 50,000 km extended warranty over the standard warranty of 3 years / 1,00,000 km on the Jeep Compass as part of its Mopar Extended Warranty Scheme.

Depending on the variant, the price of the extended warranty package varies from Rs. 25,000 (Sport), Rs. 28,000 (Longitude) and Rs. 32,000 (Limited). These are introductory prices, which are expected to be revised from June 1, 2019. 

The extended warranty will cover 24-hour roadside assistance, minor roadside repairs, fuel and battery assistance, breakdowns due to electrical or mechanical issues as well as accidental breakdowns, taxi and towing, hotel benefits and return journey assistance. 

The extended warranty package will be transferable in case the vehicle is sold during the warranty period.
