Hyundai Elite i20 to get touchscreen infotainment system

The Hyundai Elite i20 has been the company's best-selling product for many months now, regularly selling in excess of 10,000 units per month. One of the reasons for the car's popularity is its equipment levels. Multi-function steering wheel, Bluetooth connectivity, keyless entry & go, climate control, ABS, airbags - the Elite i20 has it all.

Now Hyundai is believed to be gearing up to equip the B2 segment hatchback with one more feature - a touchscreen infotainment system. From July, the Elite i20 will get a factory-fitted touchscreen infotainment system with navigation, audio and telephone functions.

With this move, Hyundai is looking to take on the third-generation Honda Jazz, which will be launched in the same month. The top-of-the-line variants of the Jazz are expected to come with a touchscreen system as well.
