Hyundai Alcazar variant details leaked!

The Alcazar could be offered in 6 variants - Signature, Signature (O), Prestige, Prestige (O), Platinum and Platinum (O).

Hyundai is gearing up to launch the Alcazar three-row SUV later this month. A recent leak suggests that the SUV could be offered in 6 variants - Signature, Signature (O), Prestige, Prestige (O), Platinum and Platinum (O).

The Alcazar is a three-row version of the Creta. It will be offered in 6-seater and 7-seater configurations. The former will come with separate captain seats in the second row.

The SUV will be powered by a 2.0-litre petrol engine producing 157 BHP and 192 Nm and a 1.5-litre diesel engine that puts out 113 BHP and 250 Nm. Both engines will be offered with either a 6-speed manual or 6-speed automatic transmission.

The base Signature variant gets both petrol and diesel engine options but misses out on an automatic transmission. On the contrary, the Signature (O) variant will only be offered with an automatic gearbox.

The Prestige variant is available with both 6-seater and 7-seater configurations, while Platinum is 7-seater only. The top-spec Platinum (O) gets Petrol AT and Diesel AT options and is 6-seater only.

The Alcazar will be available in six colour options - Typhoon Silver, Titan Grey, Taiga Brown, Starry Night, Polar White and Phantom Black. The SUV gets Cognac Brown interior.
