Husqvarna Vitpilen 250 spotted testing in India

The Vitpilen 250 will be powered by the same engine as the KTM Duke 250.

A prototype of the Husqvarna Vitpilen 250 has been spotted testing somewhere near Pune. The bike is expected to be launched in India next year with the same engine as the KTM Duke 250.

The spy images suggest that the 2024 Husqvarna Vitpilen 250 could get a new headlight cover, a new tail section with an integrated mudguard and newly designed alloy wheels. The bike could get a larger fuel tank as well.

The Vitpilen 250 will feature an upside-down front fork, an offset mono-shock at the rear and will come equipped with disc brakes at both ends.

Powering the Vitpilen 250 will be KTM’s familiar 249cc liquid-cooled single-cylinder engine. It produces 30.5 BHP @ 9,250 rpm and 25 Nm @ 7,250 rpm. The engine will be paired with a 6-speed gearbox via a quick-shifter mechanism.
