Honda has filed a design patent for the NT1100 tourer in India.
The Honda NT1100 is a touring motorcycle based on the CRF1100L Africa Twin. It has a stylish fairing with sleek LED headlamps and an adjustable windscreen. It has provisions to mount hardcase panniers in the rear.
The NT1100 is based on a semi-double cradle frame suspended by a 43 mm Showa USD fork in the front and a Showa mono-shock at the rear. Braking is handled by twin 310 mm discs in the front and a single 265 mm disc at the rear.
The NT1100 is powered by a 1,084cc parallel-twin engine that delivers 100 BHP and 116 Nm. The engine is mated to a dual-clutch transmission.
The NT1100 comes with Honda Selectable Torque Control (HSTC), Wheelie Control, riding modes and is equipped with a 6.5-inch digital instrument console offering Apple CarPlay and Android Auto connectivity.
