Honda confirms City facelift launch on Feb 14, bookings open

Honda Cars India has officially announced that the 2017 City facelift will be launched in the country on February 14, 2017. The automaker has also started accepting pre-launch bookings for the upcoming car. Interested customers can now book the City facelift at all Honda authorised dealerships by paying a token amount of Rs. 21,000.

The new City comes with some cosmetic tweaks, including new headlights, redesigned front and rear bumpers, larger set of alloys, a new boot lid mounted spoiler and tweaked tail lights. The City facelift will also come with a new top-end variant, which will be called the City ZX and will be equipped with LED headlights & fog lamps and larger 16-inch alloy wheels. Honda will also be offering a new touchscreen infotainment system with the new City, which will be compatible with Android Auto and a smartphone mirroring platform.

No mechanical changes are expected to be a part of the facelift. It will thus continue to be powered by a 1.5-litre petrol and a 1.5-litre diesel engine.
