Honda Amaze facelift leaked ahead of launch

The Amaze facelift will be launched on August 18, 2021.

The first images of the Honda Amaze facelift have leaked online, revealing all the changes that have been made to the car.

The updated Amaze comes equipped with new LED headlamps, redesigned bumpers and new dual-tone alloy wheels. The car also comes with new exterior colour options.

On the inside, the Amaze gets a dual-tone dashboard with a touchscreen infotainment system in the centre. It has wireless Apple CarPlay and Android Auto connectivity and could get Alexa voice support as well.

Under the bonnet, the Amaze facelift is likely to get the same engines as the current model. These include a 1.2-litre petrol engine that makes 89 BHP and 110 Nm and a 1.5-litre diesel producing 99 BHP and 200 Nm. The 5-speed manual and CVT gearbox options are also expected to be retained.

The Amaze facelift will be launched on August 18, 2021. Bookings are now open, and customers can pre-book by paying a token amount of Rs. 21,000 at the nearest Honda dealership or through the 'Honda from Home' online platform with an amount of Rs. 5,000.
