Hero MotoCorp is gearing up to relaunch the Glamour in BS6 Phase 2 avatar. We have received exclusive images of the bike, confirming that production is already underway.
Besides minor changes like new painted panels and decals, the Hero Glamour BS6.2 retains the old design. The bike gets a stylish headlamp cowl, fuel tank extensions, a single-piece seat and a digital instrument console.
The 2023 Glamour is expected to be powered by a 124.7cc, single-cylinder, air-cooled engine paired with a 5-speed gearbox. The BS6 version put out 10.73 BHP @ 7,500 rpm and 10.6 Nm @ 6,000 rpm. The updated bike will be OBD2 compliant as required by regulation.
The Glamour also retains the same suspension setup as before. It includes a telescopic fork at the front and 5-step adjustable shock absorbers at the rear. The braking setup consists of a front disc brake and a conventional drum brake at the rear.
