Help me solve my 7th-gen Honda Accord V6's transmission issues

While I am in drive the car randomly goes into false neutral and starts revving instead of moving forward.

Hey all! Those of you who are familiar with the 7th generation of the Honda Accord will know about the notorious transmission issues that came with them and the automatic transmissions. My car's transmission when I bought it at around 1 lakh kilometers was working perfectly fine and had smooth and quick shifts all around. It still is to be clear however I have noticed an issue recently.

While I am in drive the car randomly goes into false neutral and starts revving instead of moving forward. Sometimes it snaps back in and the car shudders since the RPMs are higher than the transmission rotation speed. But most of the time I have to stop completely put it into neutral and then into drive again and it'll go back to normal. This occurred once or twice over a period of 3 months. However yesterday I had to move my car between parking spots a few times and I noticed it was slipping into false neutral a lot more, it happened about 3 times. I took it for another drive later at night and let the fluids warm up some more since I assumed that maybe if the car is at operating temperature it'll hold properly and this seemed to have fixed the issue. I would also like to add that I regularly check the fluid levels and make sure all is in order. I had last checked yesterday and the fluid levels came up to between the first and second dot which is optimal and was a normal color. The transmission fluid was last changed at 95000 kilometers and the ODO sits at 1.3L as of now

My assumption is when the car is cold the fluid level is actually lesser than indicated since it has not expanded due to the heat, This also means the fluid is thicker than at operating temp which could also cause an issue. I believe the first step is to do a transmission fluid replacement along with the transmission filter (I don't know whether or not it has been replaced).

If anyone has experienced this issue or knows about it any information at all would be really helpful as I can't bear the thought of not being able to drive my car nor do I have the budget to fix something major. I really hope this isn't something more serious and can be chalked down to a simple transmission fluid replacement.

Thanks for the help in advance, Cheers!
