Harley-Davidson to unveil new 1,250cc motorcycle on July 13

The bike will be powered by the 1,250cc Revolution Max engine that does duty on the Pan America 1250.

Harley-Davidson is expanding its 1,250cc range with a new model. The bike will be unveiled on July 13, 2021.

Details about the new model are scarce and the official teaser image doesn't reveal much either. What we can say for sure is that the bike will be powered by the 1,250cc Revolution Max engine that does duty on the Pan America 1250.

Now, the Pan America 1250 is Harley-Davidson's take on an adventure bike. It is already available in India at a starting price of Rs. 16.90 lakh (ex-showroom, Delhi).

The Revolution Max engine uses a 1,252cc block in a V-twin configuration. The engine puts out 150 BHP @ 9,000 rpm and 127 Nm @ 6,750 rpm. It is mated to a 6-speed transmission via a slipper-clutch. The new model is expected to use a similar setup.
