Harley-Davidson Pan America 1250 arrives in India

Pan America 1250 competes with the BMW R 1250 GS and Ducati Multistrada V4 in the Indian market.

A Harley-Davidson Pan America 1250 has arrived at a dealership in Chandigarh. It's said to be one of the first Pan America 1250s in India.

The Pan America 1250 was launched in April this year. It is available in two variants - standard and Special, priced from Rs. 16.90 lakh (ex-showroom, Delhi).

The Pan America 1250 is an adventure touring bike. It is powered by a 1,252cc, liquid-cooled, V-twin engine. It makes 150 BHP @ 9,000 rpm and 127 Nm @ 6,750 rpm. The engine is mated to a 6-speed transmission via a slipper clutch.

The Pan America 1250 Special comes equipped with semi-active suspension with vehicle load control, tyre pressure monitoring system, centre stand, adjustable rear brake pedal, aluminium skid plate, heated grips, steering damper, adaptive ride height and spoked wheels shod with tubeless tyres.
