Harley-Davidson Low Rider S launched at Rs. 14.69 lakh

Harley-Davidson has launched the Low Rider S in India. The bike is priced at Rs. 14.69 lakh (ex-showroom).

The Low Rider S is based on the Softail chassis. It features LED headlamp with a fairing and LED tail light with a smoked lens. The bike comes with a motocross-style handlebar on 4-inch high straight risers. It has Gloss black lower rocker covers, jet black mufflers and exhaust shields and Matt Black forks, triple-clamp, riser and handlebar and rear fender.

The Low Ride S is powered by a 1,868cc, V-twin engine that produces 92 BHP @ 5,020 rpm and 155 Nm. The engine is paired with a 6-speed transmission.

The Low Rider S rides on 19-inch and 16-inch cast-aluminium wheels in the front and rear respectively. It features 43 mm inverted fork suspension at the front and a monoshock at the rear. The fork rake has been reduced from 30-degree to 28-degree.

The Low Rider S is available in two colour options - Vivid Black and Barracuda Silver.
