Harley-Davidson launches three new bikes in India

Harley-Davidson has launched three new motorcycles in India - Breakout, Street Glide Special and the CVO Limited.

The Breakout belongs to the Softail category of Harley-Davidson motorcycles. It is priced at Rs. 16.28 lakh (ex-showroom, Delhi) and will be assembled at the company's facility in Bawal, Haryana. The bike has a Positioned above the Fat Boy cruiser and features a modern look with 10-spoke alloy wheels, hidden rear suspension, chrome-finished engine, colourful paintjob and 240 mm rear tyre. The Breakout is powered by a Twin Cam 103B 1690cc, air-cooled engine that produces 130 Nm of torque @ 3000 rpm, and is mated to a 6-speed gearbox.

The Street Glide Special belongs to the company's Touring range. It is equipped with feature such as new Reflex linked brakes with anti-lock braking system, dual halogen and LED headlamps and fog lamps, 6.5-inch infotainment system with a touchscreen display and saddlebags. The bike is powered by a Twin Cam 103B 1690cc engine. Harley-Davidson has priced the Street Glide Special at Rs 29.70 lakh (ex-showroom, Delhi).

The CVO Limited comes from the Custom Vehicle Operations (CVO) range of Harley-Davidson motorcycles. It is the new flagship of the company and the most expensive Harley on sale in India. It's a large bike with features such as backrests for the rider seat and backrest and arm rests for the passenger seat, multiple dials in the instrumentation 6.5-inch infotainment system with a touchscreen display and saddlebags. Powering the bike is a Twin Cam 110 engine with a displacement of 1801 cc, producing 156 Nm of torque @ 3750 Nm. The CVO limited is priced at Rs. 49.23 lakh (ex-showroom, Delhi).
