Grille design of the Toyota rebadged Ciaz & Ertiga!

Like the Glanza and the Urban Cruiser, Toyota's version of the Ciaz is likely to receive minor cosmetic changes.

According to recent reports, the Toyota Yaris is likely to be replaced with a rebadged Maruti Suzuki Ciaz. We now have an image of the actual grille that will go onto the badge-engineered Ciaz.

Like the Glanza and the Urban Cruiser, Toyota's version of the Ciaz is likely to receive minor cosmetic changes. It will have a similar grille design except with a Toyota logo in the centre.

Toyota is also planning to introduce a rebadged Ertiga. It too will receive minor cosmetic changes including a new 3-slat grille.

Mechanically, both cars will be identical to their Maruti Suzuki counterparts. The cars will be powered by the 1.5-litre, 4-cylinder mild-hybrid petrol engine. This motor produces 103 BHP and 138 Nm and comes paired with a 5-speed manual or a 4-speed automatic transmission.
