Ford Freestyle Flair reaches dealerships; brochure leaked

Back in February 2020, pictures of the Ford Freestyle Flair had surfaced online. Now, the car has been spotted at a dealership and a part of its brochure has also leaked. The car is said to be based on the Titanium Plus variant of the Freestyle.

The Flair edition of the Freestyle appears to get only cosmetic changes over the regular car. It has a black roof, 15-inch black alloy wheels, decals on the sides and the rear. It also gets Flair lettering, red roof rails, and red front and rear skid plates.

On the inside, The Freestyle Flair gets red trim on the door pads, dual-tone black and whitish-grey seats with red contrast stitching and Flair branding. The car has piano black inserts on the steering wheel and on the centre console. It also appears to get a touchscreen head unit with the FlyAudio system. Ford could have added the Sync3 system. The car also comes equipped with features such as automatic headlamps and rain-sensing wipers.

The BS6 Freestyle is available with two engine options - a 1.2-litre, 3-cylinder petrol that produces 95 BHP and 119 Nm and a 1.5-litre diesel that makes 99 BHP and 215 Nm of torque. Both engines come mated to a 5-speed manual transmission. The same engine options are expected to be offered with the Flair variant.
