Ducati has introduced a 24/7 roadside assistance program for its customers in India. The program has been launched under a partnership with India Assistance, which is a subsidiary of a global firm, Mapfire Assistance. Under this partnership, Ducati and India Assistance aim to provide round the clock technical support to registered Ducati customers in the country.
The Italian motorcycle manufacturer has also tied up with YES Bank to offer financing options to potential customers. The company is currently providing three reduced EMIs under a limited-period introductory offer. This offer is only available to customers who reside in cities where YES Bank has an official presence.
In order to enhance its footprint in the country, Ducati will soon start the first phase of the Demo Road Show weekends. This includes road shows and mini showrooms set up in different cities that give a taste of Ducati bikes to a wider band of potential customers. Motorcyclists can book a demo ride in advance in order to get hands-on experience on various bikes in the company’s portfolio. Official Ducati merchandise and apparel are also available at the mini-showrooms.
The first Demo Road Show will take place in Mangalore on the 8th and 9th of October. It will then be organized in Gurgaon, Coimbatore and Goa.
