Datsun to show 3 cars at Auto Expo; sales to begin in March

Japanese car maker, Datsun has announced that it will be a part of the Auto Expo 2014, to be held in February at Noida. The company will display three models at the event.

Appearing for the first time at the Expo, since the brand was revived, Datsun plans to display the GO hatchback in all the available shades. Based on the Nissan Micra, the GO is said to be priced under Rs. 4 lakh.

The second car that Datsun plans to display is the GO+, a seven-seater MPV based on the GO. The GO+ is rumoured to be less than four metres in length, which will make it tax-friendly in India.

Apart from the GO and GO+, the company plans to unveil a concept car at the expo. The unveiling will take place on the press-days at the show. Datsun is planning to target a young clientele with this car.

The company has also revealed that it will start selling vehicles in the month of March.
