The Tata Nexon is set to get a major makeover soon. The crossover will receive several cosmetic and feature updates both inside and out. One of the highlights of the car's interior will be its new steering wheel. Now, images of the new 2-spoke unit have surfaced online.
The latest set of images gives us a close look at the Nexon's 2-spoke steering wheel, first seen on the Tata Curvv concept. It has a rectangular hub section with buttons on either side. The piano black finish also gives it an upmarket look.
One thing that's peculiar about the new steering wheel is the absence of the Tata logo. This has led to speculations that the central section could be either a digital screen or might be hiding a backlit logo that would illuminate when the ignition is switched on. The compact SUV is also likely to get a larger 10.25-inch touchscreen infotainment system and a digital instrument cluster.
On the outside, the Nexon is expected to feature a sharper-looking exterior with a split headlamp setup and an LED light bar spanning the width of the front fascia. The rear will also receive a few changes, including slimmer LED tail lights.
