Clocked 700 km on my Thar Roxx: Views on fuel efficiency and tank range

Mahindra has given the SUV a fuel tank capacity of 57 litres. The range would have improved if we had driven it on 4-lane highways.

BHPian puntolover recently shared this with other enthusiasts:

Finally drove 700 km in 2 days. Everyone felt comfortable throughout the journey.

Fuel efficiency I got is 10.5 KMPL. Due to small tank. Had to refill at 490 kms after filling the tank to full. This might increase if we drive on 4-lane highways. But maximum range we can expect on a full tank is 600 kms as the tank capacity is only 57.

~118 KMPH comes around 2k RPM.

Bought new alloys from Ashoka Tyres. Paid 60k for 4 alloys. Offset is around 1.5” inches.

Here's what BHPian driver641 had to say about the matter:

The wheels look amazing! The 1.5" offset is due to a wider tyre than the stock ones?

Here's what BHPian lk_gunner had to say about the matter:

These fuel efficiency figures are of petrol variant or diesel variant?

Manual or automatic?

Here's what BHPian MyGoRa had to say about the matter:

Love the alloys! I’d do the same but in ‘full-black’ when I get my MX3 P AT.

Speaking of offset, have you tested for water splashing, since it slightly protrudes from the wheel fender?
