BS6-compliant Honda WR-V facelift launch on July 2, 2020

Honda is gearing up to launch the updated WR-V BS6 on July 2, 2020. Bookings for the new model are already open.

The Honda WR-V will come with a host of new updates including a revised front fascia with a new grille and bumper. The car is expected to get features such as projector headlamps, automatic climate control and a 7-inch touchscreen infotainment head-unit with Android Auto and Apple CarPlay compatibility. Higher variants could get LED headlights, cruise control, electric sunroof, front centre armrest among other features.

The new WR-V will be offered with BS6-compliant petrol and diesel engines. The 1.2-litre petrol unit is likely to have an output of 89 BHP and 110 Nm, while the 1.5-litre BS6 diesel could produce 99 BHP and 200 Nm. Both engines are expected to be paired with a 5-speed manual gearbox.
