The M6 Gran Coupe is based on the 6-Series Gran Coupe facelift that was launched earlier this year. It is powered by a 4.4-litre, turbocharged petrol engine that develops 552 BHP @ 6,000-7,000 rpm and 680 Nm of torque @ 1,500-5,750 rpm. BMW claims that the car can do a 0-100 kph sprint in 4.2 seconds and reach an electronically limited top speed of 250 kph.

On the inside, the M6 Gran Coupe gets an M multifunction leather steering wheel, paddle shifters, M instrument cluster and centre console, leather upholstery, M sports seats for the driver and front passenger with heating, electric adjustment and memory function and M door sills.

The M6 Gran Coupe is equipped with features such as adaptive LED headlights, iDrive with touch controller, 4-zone climate control, Bang & Olufsen audio sound system with Bluetooth and USB connectivity, satellite navigation with a 25.9 cm display and 3D maps, head-up display, BMW Apps and a 60:40-split folding rear seat.

Safety features include six airbags, park distance control along with front and rear cameras, active front headrests, ABS, stability control and cornering brake control among others.

Other features include a start/stop function, Active M Differential, M Dynamic Damper Control, M Dynamic mode and M Compound Brakes.

The new BMW M6 Gran Coupe is imported into India as a CBU.
