BMW M4 CS to be launched on October 4

BMW is all set to launch the M4 CS in India on October 4, 2024.

The BMW M4 CS is a lighter, high-performance version of the M4 Competition. It comes with several track-focused updates, including a revised aero and a more powerful engine.

The M4 CS is powered by a 3.0-litre, twin-turbo 6-cylinder engine that produces 543 BHP and 650 Nm. That’s 20 BHP more than the M4 Competition. As a result, the M4 CS is said to accelerate from 0-100 km/h in 3.4 seconds, 0.1 seconds faster than the M4 Competition.

The M4 CS also weighs 20 kg less thanks to the use of carbon fibre reinforced plastic (CFRP) and a titanium exhaust. The coupe also gets stiffer springs and anti-roll bars, improved steering, and a retuned stability control system, while the cooling system has been beefed up.

The M4 CS stands out courtesy of its yellow DRLs inspired by BMW’s GT race cars. It has a staggered wheel setup with 19-inch alloys at the front and 20-inch at the rear.
