Auto Expo 2023: Toyota Corolla Cross H2 concept unveiled

In Thailand, the Corolla Cross is available with petrol and petrol-hybrid powertrains.

Toyota showcased the Corolla Cross at the Auto Expo 2023. The car on display was the H2 Concept which runs on compressed hydrogen.

The Corolla Cross H2 measures 4,490 mm in length, 1,825 mm in width and 1,620 mm in height, and its wheelbase is 2,640 mm. 

The car looks like a typical Toyota with sharp lines and a large grille up front. It has sweptback halogen headlamps and slim tail lamp clusters. The display car was fitted with 17-inch steelies.

The Corolla Cross H2 uses a 1.6-litre, 3-cylinder turbo-petrol motor running on compressed gaseous hydrogen fed by 2-tanks. The engine comes paired with a 6-speed manual gearbox using Toyota's i-MT or intelligent manual transmission tech. 

The production version of the Corolla Cross sold in Thailand comes with petrol and petrol-hybrid powertrains.
