Ather wants to set up all-India dealer network

Ather Energy is planning to expand its dealer network to Tier-1 cities like Hyderabad, Mumbai, New Delhi and Pune.

The company has invited dealers to set up Ather Space experience centres across these cities. These retail spaces will be designed by Ather and will allow customers to test ride and get hand-on with the product. At present, there are two Ather Space outlets in India - one each in Bangalore and Chennai.

Ather Energy has also signed a memorandum of understanding (MoU) with the government of Tamil Nadu to set up an electric vehicle manufacturing unit in the state. The new facility will help the company meet the growing demand for its electric scooter.
